Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AlphaLine ("we", "us", "AlphaLine") collects when you use alphaline.gg, the AlphaLine terminal, and the AlphaLine API. We try to keep it short and human.

1. What we collect

• Account info. Email address, optional display name, and a hashed wallet address if you sign in with a Solana or BNB-Chain wallet.
• Usage info. Which markets you view, which alerts you create, and aggregate API usage. We use this to make the product better and to bill Pro accounts.
• Device & log info. IP address, user agent, and timestamps of requests. Stored for 30 days for fraud prevention and rate-limit enforcement.
• Payment info. If you upgrade, our payment processor (Stripe or the on-chain wallet you sign with) handles card / wallet data — we don't store it.

2. What we don't collect

• We don't sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties.
• We don't run advertising trackers on the dashboard or terminal.
• We don't store the contents of any wagers you make on third-party venues like predict.fun.

3. How we use it

• To run the product (deliver alerts, render the terminal, authenticate API calls).
• To improve the model — aggregated usage helps us prioritize coverage.
• To communicate about your account, security incidents, and major changes to this policy.

4. How we share it

We share data only with vendors that help us run AlphaLine — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@alphaline.gg. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — they apply to AlphaLine and we'll honor them.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (auth session, dismissed-banner state). No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll email active users and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect.
