1. The service

AlphaLine is a research and signal tool for sports prediction markets. We surface our best estimate of a market's fair price; we do not place wagers and we are not a sportsbook, exchange, or licensed broker.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and not located in a country where prediction-market access is restricted by law.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing API keys across companies requires a Desk plan.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, scraping, or attempts to evade rate limits.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the model, redistribute raw API responses, or use AlphaLine to harm third parties. Don't bombard the API beyond your plan limits.

5. Pricing & billing

Pro plans bill monthly in BNB at the rate posted on alphaline.gg/#pricing. Desk plans are billed via invoice. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.

6. No financial advice

AlphaLine outputs are illustrative. We are not your financial advisor. Probabilities, edge values, and signals are not recommendations to wager. Trade prediction markets at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AlphaLine is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including from market positions taken based on our signals.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll email active users at least 14 days before any material change. Continuing to use AlphaLine after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in Wilmington, DE, except where you have non-waivable consumer rights elsewhere.
